Move-out cleans from Daylight Cleaning are priced by the square feet of the empty home. A move-in clean costs the same plus the floor protection paper. A move-in clean includes floor protection paper. After the clean, we lay it on the walkways your movers will use and tape the seams. A move clean is for an empty home, before you hand over the keys or before you bring in your first box. We confirm your exact price after a quick look at the empty home. The price covers kitchen and bathroom surfaces, inside the cabinets, the fridge and the oven, baseboards, blinds, dusting within reach, and floors throughout. Send us your moving date and any checklist from your landlord or buyer. We price your clean to that list before we come. After construction or a remodel, the home gets a quick look before any price. What does a move-in or move-out clean include?
A Daylight Cleaning move clean covers an empty home from room to room. We clean the kitchen and bathroom surfaces, dust what we can safely reach, and clean the floors throughout. In bathrooms, that includes the sink, counters, toilet, shower, tub and mirror. It also includes inside the kitchen cabinets, the fridge and the oven, plus baseboards and blinds. Handover details are agreed with you and written into your cleaning plan. If your landlord or buyer gave you a checklist, send it to us first. We price the clean to that list before we come. A move-in clean also includes floor protection paper. After the clean, we lay it on the walkways your movers will use and tape the seams, and you lift it once the furniture is in.
