FACILITY SERVICES

Know what gets cleaned. And what happens when it doesn’t.

Daylight is opening facility cleaning to Evansville-area offices, property managers and facility buyers. Every engagement starts with a walkthrough and a written scope, so the plan is agreed before anyone talks about price.

WHAT YOU GET

The scope is written down first.

You get a written scope, clear inclusions, and a defined process when something is missed. Service depends on approved scope, site conditions, access and available capacity.

WHO THIS IS BUILT FOR

Buildings with a routine.

  • Small professional offices
  • Property-management turnovers and make-ready
  • Qualified non-biohazard professional practices
  • Churches, education, retail and light industrial sites, after review

WHAT A SERVICE PLAN CAN COVER

Named, not assumed.

  • Recurring facility cleaning
  • Restrooms and break rooms
  • Common areas
  • Floor care, when separately scoped
  • Property-management turnovers
  • Make-ready cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning, after condition review
  • Consumables and restocking, when included
  • Issue follow-up and correction coordination

HOW IT WORKS

Five steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

The facility, and what is going wrong with the cleaning now.

  2. 02

    Walk the building

Together, so the scope comes from the building and not a guess.

  3. 03

    Review the service plan

Areas, tasks, exclusions, timing and change rules, in writing.

  4. 04

    Review the proposal

Term, billing, changes and the ending process, before you approve.

  5. 05

    Start and check

The work is checked against the plan, and misses are recorded.

CLEAR SCOPE

You approve it first.

Your service plan will name the included areas, tasks, exclusions, timing and change rules before you approve it.

ACCOUNTABLE COMMUNICATION

One person to call.

You have one point of contact for questions, changes and issues.

REVIEW AFTER SERVICE

Written down, not remembered.

Completion and any missed item will be recorded against the agreed plan, so the next decision is based on what actually happened.

HONEST PROOF

We tell you what we don’t have.

Daylight is new to commercial work. We will not show you a case study we do not have, or state coverage we cannot evidence.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
ask for a visit.

The details behind the offer.

Do you publish commercial prices?

We prepare pricing after the facility, scope, timing, labour, supplies and access are reviewed.

Do you require a long-term contract?

Terms depend on the approved service plan and proposal. We explain the term, billing, changes and the ending process before you approve anything.

Do you provide supplies?

Supplies are listed in the service plan. Some consumables may be included, excluded, or assigned to the facility.

How do you handle missed work?

Daylight records the concern, reviews the scope, and coordinates the approved correction.

Can you clean medical facilities?

Some non-biohazard facilities may fit after review. Infection-control, hazardous and specialist work requires separate readiness and documentation.

Can you handle rush work?

Rush work depends on scope, timing, capacity, access and added cost.

REQUEST A WALKTHROUGH

Let’s understand the facility before we price the work.

No cost and no obligation. We will ask about the building, frequency, access, current challenges and what you need cleaned. A proposal comes after the scope and delivery requirements are reviewed.
