Bathrooms and bedrooms do not change the price, because the square feet already count them. Visits every week cost a little less than visits every 2 weeks. Visits every 4 weeks cost more than visits every 2 weeks, because a month of dirt takes longer. If it has been 3 months or more since a professional clean, the first visit is a deep clean. A first visit and a one-time deep clean are the same price for the same home. Very large homes get a quick look before we give a price. Pets are never extra on recurring cleans. What is included in a standard house cleaning?
A standard clean from Daylight Cleaning covers the rooms you use every day. In the kitchen, we clean the counters, the sink and faucet, and the outside of appliances. In bathrooms, we clean the sink, counters, toilet, shower, tub, mirror and floors. In living areas, we dust surfaces and ledges within reach, then vacuum or mop the floors. Your priority areas go on a written cleaning plan for the cleaner. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, baseboards and other extras each have a fixed price, shown in your quote, and you can add them when you book.
