A home that has gone 3 months or more without a professional clean starts with one. The deep clean is the first visit, and the later routine visits are priced separately. A one-time deep clean costs the same as a first visit on a plan for the same home. After it, visits every 4 weeks cost more than visits every 2 weeks, because a month of dirt takes longer. Very large homes, heavy buildup and cleaning after construction get a quick review before we give a price. Pets are never extra on recurring cleans. What does a deep clean include, and when do I need one?
Daylight Cleaning starts with a deep clean when it has been 3 months or more since a professional clean. A deep clean also fits before guests arrive, or when you start a new routine. It covers everything in a standard clean: the kitchen, the bathrooms, dusting within reach and the floors. It then adds time for buildup and for detail areas, such as baseboards and ledges within reach. We agree those detail areas with you and write them into your cleaning plan before the visit. If an item needs a different kind of specialist, such as a permanent stain, the plan says so. After the deep clean, you can book visits every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.
