Say you get paid
Federal rules ask anyone paid for a referral to say so. Your share text already has the line: “Daylight Cleaning pays me $25 if you book and finish your first clean. Your price is the same either way.”

When do I get paid?
After a home’s first clean is done and paid, or a business’s first paid service. We pay by hand: Venmo, Zelle, check or cash.
Does my friend pay more?
No. Same price with or without your link.
Do I have to tell people about the money?
Yes. Your share text already says it for you.
I’m a real estate agent or property manager.
Indiana rules ask you to tell your client in writing, and some brokerages send referral fees through the managing broker. Check with yours before you accept. You can always share the link without a fee.
