Referral program terms
Who can join
Anyone 18 or older with a mobile number. People get a link right away. Businesses apply, and Daylight approves each one.
What you earn
$25 for each new home you send, after its first clean is done and paid. $100 for each new business you send, after its first paid service. A cancelled or no-show booking earns nothing. You can’t earn on yourself or your own household.
How we know it was you
The home or business books through your link, or tells us your name when they call. If two people send the same home, the first link used counts.
How you get paid
By hand: Venmo, Zelle, check or cash, usually within a week. We may ask for a W-9 before your yearly total reaches the IRS reporting limit.
Say you get paid
Each time you share, say that Daylight pays you. Your share text includes: “Daylight Cleaning pays me $25 if you book and finish your first clean. Your price is the same either way.”
Real estate agents and property managers
Tell your client in writing, and follow your brokerage’s rules. Some brokerages pay referral fees only through the managing broker. If you can’t accept a fee, you can still share the link.
You’re independent
You don’t work for Daylight and can’t speak for us, make promises for us, or set prices.
What we never do
Pay for clicks or calls, pay a percentage of a job, tie a payment to a review, or charge your referral more. We don’t pay on a clean billed through a home closing.
Your page
Your private page shows each referral as first name, last initial, date, town and status. Nothing else about them.
Changes
Daylight may change or end the program. What you earned before a change is still paid.
