CUSTOMER TERMS

Terms of Service

1. About Daylight

Daylight Cleaning provides residential, commercial, move, and property-management cleaning services in the locations we publish. The final legal seller, business address, and contact channel must be identified here before live use.

2. Scope and acceptance

A service begins only after Daylight and the customer agree on the service, areas, tasks, exclusions, access, timing, price, taxes, and any extras in a written scope. The accepted scope version controls the checklist, report, invoice, and any make-it-right request.

3. Estimates and payment

Website prices and calculators are illustrative until a written quote is accepted. A live quote will state payment timing, deposits, taxes, cancellation or reschedule terms, refunds, and any card authorization. No payment is collected by the current demo.

4. Access and safety

The customer must provide safe, lawful access and disclose hazards, fragile finishes, pets, occupants, active trades, known damage, and incompatible products. Daylight may pause or decline work that is unsafe, outside the accepted scope, or not covered by the agreed method.

5. Photos and reports

Photos are optional only when the customer gives specific permission. A report may include checklist status, notes, exceptions, and permissioned before-and-after views. Photos do not prove causation, preexisting damage, safe treatment, disinfection, or perfect completion.

6. Make-it-right promise

If an item on the accepted checklist is missed, the customer may report it within the published service window. Subject to access and the final service terms, Daylight will return to correct the missed agreed work at no extra charge. This promise does not cover new work, repairs, damage, unsafe conditions, inaccessible areas, or items outside the accepted scope.

7. Customer property and claims

Customers should secure valuables and report concerns promptly. The final agreement must state notice timing, investigation steps, insurance coordination, exclusions, and any legally permitted limits. No limitation or waiver is effective until counsel approves the actual language and applicable law.

8. Communications and changes

Service messages may be sent through the channels the customer selects. Marketing email and SMS require separate compliance controls and opt-out handling described on the SMS page. Daylight may update these terms prospectively; material changes require the notice required by law and contract.

9. Governing law and contact

Indiana law and the chosen dispute process will be confirmed by counsel. Replace the review contact with the approved legal name, mailing address, phone, and email before publishing final terms.
