At your new home, also included
Floor protection: after the clean we lay protective paper on the walkways your movers will use and tape the seams, so moving day doesn't undo the clean. Lift it once the furniture is in.
Move-in ready: each bathroom has toilet paper, hand soap and a hand towel, and the kitchen has paper towels, dish soap and trash bags. Nothing to dig out of the boxes on your first night.

The price
Each home is priced by its size: $0.35 a square foot, rounded to the nearest $5, with a $380 minimum. The move-in clean adds $99 for the floor protection. Key to Key is the two prices added together, from $859. A brand-new home is priced as a new-build clean, $0.50 a square foot, never less than $750, plus the same $99 floor protection, so from $849. Homes of 4,000 square feet or more, 6 or more bathrooms, or just built get a walkthrough before we price them. You see every line and the total before you sign. A $95 card deposit comes off your first clean. The rest goes on your saved card after each clean, or by check over $1,000.
Fine print: Indiana addresses within 30 miles of Evansville. Water and power must be on. We need a way in at each home. Hauling, packing, moving, repairs and hazardous cleanup are not included. Cleaning can't guarantee a deposit refund or an inspection.
Two a week
We take two Key to Key moves a week, so the dates we give you are dates we keep. Movers say month-ends and summer weekends book up first. Hold your cleaning dates when you book the truck.
Our cleaning promise
If we miss something in your agreed cleaning scope, tell us within 24 hours. We'll come back and fix it within two business days, at no charge. For the home you've moved out of, we'll need a way back in.

Everything in Key to Key, plus a deep clean 5 to 10 days before your listing photos. Three cleans, one link. The listing clean is $0.25 a square foot, $385 minimum. It takes one of our two moves that week.
